The Oxford Dictionary definition of inspiration is:


“The process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative”.


Inspiration can be an inspiring or being inspired mentally, emotionally, or spiritually.


Inspiration can be a person, object, or situation which quickens or stimulates an influence upon the intellect, emotions or creativity.


There is no single, set way to make every person feel inspired. That’s because we are all different and are inspired by different things. You need to learn what works for you.
