Dear God,

I thank You for this day. I Thank You for my being able to see and to hear this morning. I’m blessed because You are a forgiving God and an understanding God. You have done so much for me and You keep on blessing me. Forgive me this day for I have sinned. I ask now for Your forgiveness. Keep me safe from all danger and harm.

Let me start this day with a new attitude and plenty of gratitude. Let me make the best of each and every day and give my best in all that is put before me. Clear my mind that I can hear from You. Broaden my mind that I can accept all things. Let me not whine and Let me continue to see sin through God’s eyes and acknowledge it as evil.

And when I sin, let me repent, and confess with my mouth my wrong doing, and receive the forgiveness of God. And when this world closes in on me, let me remember Jesus’ example-to slip away and find a quiet place to pray. It’s the best response when I’m pushed beyond my limits.

I know that when I can’t pray, You listen to my heart. Continue to use me to do Thy Will. Continue to bless me that I may be a blessing to others. Keep me strong that I may help the weak and unsaved. Keep me uplifted that I may have words of encouragement for others.

I pray for those that are lost and can’t find their way. I pray for those that are misjudged and misunderstood. I pray for those who refuse to share a word from You. I pray for those who don’t know You intimately. I pray for those that will only read this and not speak this aloud in their own lives. I pray for those that will delete this without sharing it with others. I pray for those that don’t believe.

But I thank you that I believe. I believe that God changes people and God changes things. I pray for all my sisters and brothers. For each and every family member in their households. I pray for peace, love and joy in their homes, that they are out of debt and all their needs are met. I pray that every eye that reads this knows there is no problem, circumstance, or situation greater than God. Every Battle is in His hands for Him to fight.

Prayer Of Forgiveness From A Guilty Sinner

Father God, thank You that You are the One that pardons guilty sinners, like me.. who are unworthy to so much as approach Your perfect righteousness. By rights I should be excluded from Your presence forever, for I am guilty of so many of my sins and should stand condemned and exposed before You, who is a perfect and holy God. And yet in Your grace and mercy You reached down from heaven to save a guilty sinner and sent Jesus to die on the cross so that by believing on Him I would not perish but have everlasting life.

Forgive Me

Father,

There are no words to express how filthy I feel every time I break Your heart. The guilt and the shame are overwhelming! Lord, I need Your touch right now. I am so sick of being “born again” and still doing the things I hate doing. Like Paul, I am conflicted. “For I do not do what I want, but do the very thing that I hate.” (Romans 7:15) I am so sorry! Father, I ask for Your forgiveness right now. I am shocked that my life has come to a point where even some sins don’t affect me at all. Father, I have some hard layers on my heart that need peeling. Please give me a 100% heart of flesh. The hardness is a barrier between us that I can’t stand! I love You and I am so regrettably sorry for my selfish actions. Thank You for Your forgiveness, Lord. رَبَّنَآ ءَاتِنَا فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةًۭ وَفِى ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ حَسَنَةًۭ وَقِنَا عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ

Transliteration: Rabbanaa ‘aatinaa fid-dunyaa hasanatan wa fil-‘aakhirati hasanatan wa qinaa ‘athaaban-naar.

Translation: O God! Our Lord! Give us in this world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good and save us from the torment of the Fire (of Hell). – The Quran 2:201

Transliteration: allaahumma innee a‛oodhu bika min ‛adhaabil-qabri, wa min ‛adhaabi jahannam, wa min fitnatil-maḥyaa wal-mamaat, wa min sharri fitnatil-maseeḥ-id-dajjaal

Translation: O God! I seek refuge with You from the punishment in the grave and from the punishment in the Hell-fire and from the afflictions of life and death, and from the afflictions of the anti-Christ. – Bukhari No# 832, 1377

رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ ♦ رَّبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيرًا

Transliteration: Rabbanaghfir Lee Wa Liwaalidayya Wa Lil-Mu’mineena Yawma Yaqoomul H’isaab. Rabbir-H’amhumaa Kamaa Rabbayaanee S’agheeraa

Translation: O our Lord, forgive me and my parents and believers on the day when the reckoning shall come to pass. – Sura Ibrahim, 14: 41
O my Lord, have mercy on them (parents) just as they nourished me when I was small. (Sura al-‘Isra’ or Bani Isra’il, 17: 24).

Seek forgiveness and protection from hell

رَبَّنَا وَسِعْتَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ رَّحْمَةً وَعِلْمًا فَاغْفِرْ لِلَّذِينَ تَابُوا وَاتَّبَعُوا سَبِيلَكَ وَقِهِمْ عَذَابَ الْجَحِيمِ

Transliteration: Rabbana wasi’ta kulla sha’ir Rahmatanw wa ‘ilman faghfir lilladhina tabu wattaba’u sabilaka waqihim ‘adhabal-Jahiim

Translation: Our Lord, You have encompassed all things in mercy and knowledge, so forgive those who have repented and followed Your way and protect them from the punishment of Hellfire. – Surah Ghafir – 40:7

رَبَّنَا مَا خَلَقْتَ هٰذَا بَاطِلًا ۚ سُبْحٰنَكَ فَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ. رَبَّنَآ اِنَّكَ مَنْ تُدْخِلِ النَّارَ فَقَدْ اَخْزَيْتَهٗ ۭ وَمَا لِلظّٰلِمِيْنَ مِنْ اَنْصَارٍ. رَبَّنَآ اِنَّنَا سَمِعْنَا مُنَادِيًا يُّنَادِيْ لِلْاِيْمَانِ اَنْ اٰمِنُوْا بِرَبِّكُمْ فَاٰمَنَّا ۚ رَبَّنَا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوْبَنَا وَكَفِّرْ عَنَّا سَيِّاٰتِنَا وَتَوَفَّنَا مَعَ الْاَبْرَارِ. رَبَّنَا وَاٰتِنَا مَا وَعَدْتَّنَا عَلٰي رُسُلِكَ وَلَا تُخْزِنَا يَوْمَ الْقِيٰمَةِ ۭاِنَّكَ لَا تُخْلِفُ الْمِيْعَادَ.

Transliteration: Rabbana ma khalaqta hadha batila Subhanaka faqina ‘adhaban-Naar. Rabbana innaka man tudkhilin nara faqad akhzaytah wa ma liDh-dhalimeena min ansar. Rabbanaa Innanaa Sami’-Naa Munaadiyay Yunaadee Lil – Eemaani An Aaminoo Birabbikum Fa- Aamannaa Rabbanaa Faghfir Lanaa D’unoobanaa Wa Kaffir A’nnaaa Sayyi- Aatinaa Wa Tawaffanaa Ma-A’l Abraaar. Rabbanaa Wa Aatinaa Maa Wa-A’ttanaa A’laa Rusulika Wa Laa Tukhzinaa Yawal Qiyaamah Innak Laa Tukhliful Mee’a’ad.

Translation: Our Lord! You have not created (all) this without purpose, glory to You! (Exalted be You above all that they associate with You as partners). Give us salvation from the torment of the Fire. *Our Lord! Verily, whom You admit to the Fire, indeed, You have disgraced him, and never will the Zaalimoon (polytheists and wrong-doers) find any helpers. *Our Lord! Verily, we have heard the call of one (Muhammad p.b.u.h.) calling to Faith: ‘Believe in your Lord,’ and we have believed. *Our Lord! Forgive us our sins and remit from us our evil deeds, and make us die in the state of righteousness along with Al-Abraar (those who are obedient to Allah and follow strictly His Orders). *Our Lord! Grant us what You promised unto us through Your Messengers and disgrace us not on the Day of Resurrection, for You never break (Your) Promise. – Surah Al-Imran 191-194

Transliteration: Rabbanaa Laa Too-Akhid’naaa In-Naseenaa Aw Akht’aanaa Rabbanaa wa Laa Tah’mil A’laynaaa Is’ran Kamaa Ha’maltahoo A’lal Lad’eena min Qablinaa Rabbanaa wa Laa Tuh’ammilnaa Maa Laa T’aaqata Lanaa Bih Wa’-Fu A’nnaa Waghfirlanaa Warh’amnaa Anta Mawlaanaa Fans’urnaa A’lal Qawmil Kaafireen

Translation: Our Lord! Condemn us not if we forget or fall into error; our Lord! Lay not on us a burden Like that which Thou didst lay on those before us; Our Lord!
